The MeerkatRelay plugin

The MeerkatRelay WordPress plugin runs on each site owner’s own host. It does not store chat conversations long-term: when a chat closes or times out, the transcript is emailed to the site owner and the conversation is deleted. Channel secrets (webhook URLs, tokens) are encrypted at rest. We do not receive or store your site’s chat data on our servers.

This website

If you join the Pro waitlist, we collect your email address to keep you posted as we build and to send early-bird pricing details. We use a self-hosted newsletter tool (Sendy) for this list, with double opt-in — you confirm your address before we add you, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We don’t sell or share your email.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses only the cookies needed to run it, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. We don’t use cookies to build advertising profiles of you.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time using the link in any email, or contact us to have your address removed. To ask about the data we hold on you, reach us through the contact details on this site.
