How replies work
- A visitor chats in the widget on your site.
- You get pinged on your channel with a Session #.
- You reply from the Inbox in wp-admin.
- On close or timeout, the transcript is emailed to you and the conversation is deleted.
Privacy & data
Nothing is stored long-term — transcripts are emailed and then the conversation is deleted. Channel secrets are encrypted, and everything runs on your own host.
