Custom webhook (Zapier, Make, n8n)

Paste any webhook URL and we POST a documented JSON payload to it — wire it into Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own endpoint.

How replies work

  • A visitor chats in the widget on your site.
  • You get pinged on your channel with a Session #.
  • You reply from the Inbox in wp-admin.
  • On close or timeout, the transcript is emailed to you and the conversation is deleted.

Privacy & data

Nothing is stored long-term — transcripts are emailed and then the conversation is deleted. Channel secrets are encrypted, and everything runs on your own host.
